For preparing english devilled chicken, first chop the onion into small pieces.
Marinate chicken with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the chicken pieces and onion for 4 to 5 minutes and stir it well.
Pour milk to it and stir it till it becomes saucy thick.
Reduce the flame and cook well.
Add the cooked apple paste and white grapes to it and cook in low heat for 20 minutes.
Remove from flame and transfer into a serving dish and pour the excess sauce on top of it.
Pour the sour cream on top of the chicken.
