For preparing ennamanga v brahmin special, remove the skin of the mango and cut into small pieces.
Fry mustard seeds in gingelly oil.
Add the cut mango to the gingelly oil.
Add coconut oil and keep frying.
Add a little quantity of water and boil this for sometime.
Add red chilliy powder, jaggery, fenugreek powder and asafoetida and keep boiling for sometime.
Keep cooking till the mixture thickens.
