Directions

Step 1

For preparing false sherbet, soak the false in 4 cups of luke warm water for 3 hours.

Step 2

Crush and strain the juice of the false into a jug.

Step 3

Roast and powder the cumin seeds.

Step 4

Mix the false juice with sugar, salt, lemon juice and half of the powdered cumin seeds and stir well.

Step 5

Refrigerate it.

Step 6

Pour into glasses and sprinkle with remaining powdered cumin seeds and black salt.

Step 7

False sherbet is ready. Serve chilled.
