Step 1

For preparing stuffed tomatoes, first scoop out the pulp of the tomato.

Step 2

Cook the green peas if frozen.

Step 3

Wash and chop the mint leaves.

Step 4

Mix tuna, cooked peas and mayonnaise. Add salt, pepper and mix gently.

Step 5

Stir in chopped/diced capsicum to the above mixture. Add mint leaves and mix.

Step 6

Fill the centre of the tomatoes with tuna mix.

Step 7

Stuffed tomatoes, an easy as well as nutritious dish is ready. Chill for 1 hour before serving.

Laver les tomates et coupez le dessus. Gardez-le pour servir de chapeau ou de couverture.

Step 10

Creuser le centre de la tomate. Mettez un peu de sel sur les tomates. Tournez +ß l`envers pour vider le jus.

Faire cuire les petits pois (si elles sont gel+¼es).

Step 12

Lavez et s+¼chez les feuilles de menthe puis hachez-les. M+¼langer le thon et la mayonnaise. Salez et poivrez, et la menthe hach+¼e feuilles.

Laver et retirer les graines du poivron vert. D+¼s et le m+¼langer avec le thon.

Step 14

Remplir les tomates avec ces m+¼lange. Chill pendant une heure avant de servir.

* Si vous voulez utiliser du saumon remplacer la mayonnaise avec la cr++me fra+½che.
