Step 1

For preparing fenugreek chappathi with potato bajji, in a bowl mix in wheat powder, salt, ghee, chaat masala, coriander leaves, fenugreek leaves and warm water. Mix it into soft dough and keep it aside for 1/2 an hour.

Step 2

Mean while, pressure cook the potatoes with onion, green chillies, salt and required water till tender.

Step 3

Heat oil in a vessel and splutter the mustard seeds. Pour this into the cooked potatoes.

Step 4

If there is water in the potatoes, allow it to evaporate and smash the potatoes a bit.

Step 5

Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves. Keep it aside.

Step 6

Make lemon sized balls out of the dough and roll it into circles.

Step 7

Fry the chappathi¦s and drizzle a little ghee over it.

Step 8

Fenugreek chappathi with potato bajji is ready. Serve the chappathi with potato bajji.
