Step 1

For preparing fenugreek pakoras, in a bowl mix in fenugreek leaves, gram flour, onion, green chillies, cumin seeds, chilly powder, turmeric powder, soda-bi-carb and salt with required water to make a thick batter. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Heat oil in a deep frying pan.

Step 3

Scoop a spoon full of the mixture into the hot oil and allow it to cook on low flame till it becomes golden brown in colour.

Step 4

Fenugreek pakoras are ready. Serve hot at tea time.
