Step 1

For preparing fenugreek with potato, pressure cook the whole potatoes and peel it. Cut it into cubes and keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.

Step 3

Add in the cumin seeds and fry it for 1 minute on low flame.

Step 4

Then add in garlic paste, fenugreek powder, turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Fry it for 1 minute on low flame.

Step 5

Mix in the tomato puree and toss in the potatoes. Mix it well and allow it cook covered on a low flame for about 5 minutes.

Step 6

Remove cover, allow the water to evaporate and remove it from the flame.

Step 7

Fenugreek with potato is ready. Serve hot with chapathi.
