Step 1

For preparing fiery mussels, heat oil in a vessel and sautT the spring onions with salt.

Step 2

Add in ginger-garlic paste and green chillies. SautT on low flame for some time.

Step 3

Then add in white pepper powder, black pepper powder, lemon zest and oyster sauce.

Step 4

Toss in the mussels with a little water. Allow it to cook on low flame with a lid.

Step 5

Fiery mussels are ready. Serve hot.
