Step 1

For preparing fish casserole, first beat eggs and milk together.

Step 2

Put in the fish fillets and refrigerate it for 1/2 hour.

Step 3

In a bowl mix in bread crumbs, pepper powder, Parmesan cheese and salt.

Step 4

Dip the marinated fish in the above dry mixture.

Step 5

Heat butter in a pan and fry fish fillets till it becomes light brown.

Step 6

Grease a casserole dish with butter on all sides.

Step 7

Layer with fried fish fillets, grated carrot, garlic and mozzarella cheese(keep layering until dish is full).

Step 8

Bake uncovered at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes.

Step 9

Fish fillet casserole is ready.
