  • For preparing fish ginger fry, marinate fish slices with lime juice and salt. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Mix gram flour, maida, ginger paste, chilly paste, onion paste, mint paste and salt.
  • Mix little water and make smooth batter.
  • Coat fish with this batter and fry it in oil.
  • Fish fritters are ready.
