Clean fish and steam for 15 mins

Grind all other ingredients and keep aside

Remove fish skin and flesh separate and keep aside

Mix in bowl both fish and grind Paste and salt , roasted channa dal powder

heat the oil deep fry balls and drain and keep aside .
