Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 170c.

Step 2

Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.

Step 3

Mince the garlic and basil leaves.

Step 4

Sauteß garlic and tomatoes in olive oil, till well cooked.

Step 5

Cut fish fillets into small pieces. Add fish to beaten eggs and tomato mix.

Step 6

Season with Basil, salt and pepper. Then mix.

Step 7

Transfer to a greased loaf pan and bake at 170 degrees C for 30-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Tips:-
1)Serve with homemade mayonnaise or tomato puree.
