Step 1

For preparing fish mango curry, first cut raw mango into medium sized pieces. Keep it aside.

Step 2

Clean, wash and drain well the fish pieces.

Step 3

Heat oil in a kadai, add fenugreek, dry red chillies, shallots, ginger, garlic, green chillies and curry leaves. Saute well until golden brown in color.

Step 4

Add chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and saute well in a low flame.

Step 5

Add 1 cup water and let it boil. Add washed kudampuli to it. Add mango pieces and cook well.

Step 6

Add fish pieces to it, cover it with a lid and cook well. Serve hot with rice.
