Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Clean the fish and cut into 1 inch pieces.

Step 2

Crush the red chillies with garlic and keep it aside.

Step 3

Slice the onion thinly.

Step 4

Cut the green chillies lengthwise.

Step 5

Chop the ginger.

Step 6

Put the oil in a cooking pan and sautT the onions and green chillies for five minutes.

Step 7

Then, add the crushed pepper, garlic and ginger. Fry for 3 minutes until the smell of chillies come out.

Step 8

Add the coconut milk, turmeric powder and let it boil.

Step 9

Then, add the fish and salt. Cook well.

Step 10

Next, add the tomato pieces and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 11

Finally, add the lemon juice and curry leaves to Fish Molly.

Step 12

:-Serve Fish Molly hot with rice and bread.

If you half fry the fish before adding to gravy, it will be better..

This is an excellent recipe. So different from the usual fish curries. Kudos to you !! Also like to add that adding half the amount of red chillies was sufficient enough for a spicey flavour.

the recipee comes out excellent if the fish prices are fried a bit before making the curry, not deep fried but just fried prior to making the curry.......
