Step 1

For preparing fish paratha, saute ginger and garlic in ghee. Add the minced fish to it and fry well.

Step 2

Add salt, garam masala, chilly powder to it and fry again.

Step 3

Then add tomato pieces, green chillies and fry till the ghee clears.

Step 4

Add onion, coriander leaves to it and fry well. Let it cool.

5)Mix wheat flour with salt, ghee (as required), water and knead well as for chappathi.

Step 5

Take a small sized ball out of the dough and press this ball by hand to make a small circle. Repeat procedure with entire dough.

Step 6

Spread the fillings on the circles and place another circle on top of the filling and stick the ends well. Roll on the paratha lightly using a chappathi roller.

Step 7

Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in frying pan and shallow fry the parathas on both sides.

Step 8

Serve hot.
