Step 1

Clean, wash and boil the fish in a little water along with salt. Save the water. Remove bones if any.

Step 2

Mash them together with the minced potatoes, turmeric,
chilli and pepper powders.

Step 3

Add lime juice and stock. Salt may be added if necessary.

Step 4

Form little oval rolls, dip into beaten egg, coat with bread crumbs and deep fry until golden brown.

Step 5

:- Serve hot.
