Mix together lemon juice and salt.
Marinate the fish with the above for 1 hour.
Heat 1/4 cup of oil in a frying pan.
Fry the marinated fish in it.
:- You can also grill the fish to avoid oil.
Cut it into small pieces by removing its` bones.
Boil red pepper in water.
Remove it`s skin and chop it very finely. Allow it to cool.
Add the other ingredients and mix well.
Add the above pieces of fish to this mixture and mix well.
:- This is a very healthy recipe, if you grill the fish instead of frying in oil.
