Step 1

For preparing fish with lemony potato, cook the potatoes in a pressure cooker with salt water. Drain it and keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a vessel, saute onions, tomato, salt, cumin seeds and ginger-garlic paste.

Step 3

Then add in the chilly powder, garam masala and turmeric powder.

Step 4

Toss in the potatoes and fish fillets. Mix well and allow it to cook on low flame with the lid.

Step 5

Pour in the lemon juice, thyme, lemon zest and coriander leaves. Mix well.

Step 6

Fish with lemony potato is ready. Serve hot.
