Roast rava until light golden shade and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seed,urad dal.Then add sliced onion,chopped carrot,ginger anf green chilly

Saute till onion become translucent.

Then add hot water and required salt.Allow to boil well.

When it starts boil well,lower the flame and add roasted sooji.

Mix well,close the pan and cook for 2 minutes in low flame.Then turn off the flame and keep aside,do not open the pan and allow to cook for 5 more minutes.
