Mix oil and 1 tsp of salt in maida and make a dough.
Heat oil in a pan or kadai.
Add potatoes and half of cabbage and carrots along with 1 tsp of salt and black pepper and mix well.
Leave it to cool it for some time.
Shape the above mixture into 5-6 cylindrical cutlets.
Make 5-6 chapathis of the dough.
On one side of the chapatti, spread little tomato sauce and chilly sauce.
Then put cutlet, onion and spread grated cabbage, capsicum, beetroot and carrot.
Roll the chapathi and cut into 2-3 pieces.
:- Serve hot with tomato and chilly sauce.
