Directions

Step 1

For preparing french crepes, take a bowl and mix in maida, sugar, baking powder and salt.

Step 2

Then add in melted butter, egg, vanilla essence and required amount of milk to make a smooth batter.

Step 3

Heat a frying pan and pour a ladle full of the batter. Make circular motions like for dosa.(it should be very thin)

Step 4

Cook the crepe on both sides till brown in colour with a little butter. Repeat the procedure with the remaining batter.

Step 5

French crepe`s are ready. Serve with jam or orange sauce.
