Step 1

For preparing fried potatoes, take a bowl and mix in corn flour, gram flour, curry leaves, chilly powder, salt and turmeric powder with required water to make a thick batter.

Step 2

Heat oil in a deep frying pan.

Step 3

Dip the potatoes in the batter and deep fry it in oil till brown in colour on low flame.

Step 4

Fried potatoes are ready. Serve hot.
