Step 1

For preparing fried prawn balls, first marinate the prawns in salt and pepper powder for 1/2 an hour. Then deep fry the marinated prawns.

Step 2

Grind the fried prawns with garlic paste, chilly powder, green chillies, oregano, coriander leaves and garam masala.

Step 3

Place the prawn mixture in a bowl. Combine all well with eggs, ajinomoto, onion and bread crumbs.

Step 4

Make small lemon sized balls out of the mixture.

Step 5

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the prawn balls on low flame till it becomes brown in colour. Keep it aside.

Step 6

Fried prawn balls are ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
