Take the rice powder, maida and rava in a basin / vessel, and add ghee, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds and cut coriander leaves with it.
Mix it well along with required quantity of water and make a dough of the mix and keep it aside for about half - an - hour.
Apply some oil in the palm.
Make small balls with the dough as shown in below picture.
Then roll the dough balls like threads as shown in the picture.
Make small rings by rolling the dough on finger.

Keep the rings ready to fry.
Heat oil in a frying pan and then put the rings part - by - part into the heated oil.
When the rings are cooked well, take it out from the oil and keep it in an air tight jar /vessel.
