Mix corn flour with 1 cup of water.
Make 1 string syrup with 3/4 cup sugar and 1 cup of water.
Add corn flour paste along with 1/4 cup of ghee to the above sugar syrup, stirring continuously.
When it becomes a mass, add chopped apple, banana and pomegranate seeds along with 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 tbsp of ghee.
Continue to stir, till ghee starts oozing out.
Add essence and nuts.
Mix well and allow it to cool.
Transfer onto a greased plate.
Cut into pieces.
