For preparing fruit mash, clean and cut apple, watermelon and pears.
Heat a little water in a vessel. Add in the apple and pears.
Once it is soft remove and allow it to cool.
Blend watermelon, cooked apple and cooked pears till smooth. Transfer into a bowl(sugar can be added if required).
Fruit mash, apt as a nutritional baby food, is ready. Feed the baby immediately.
Note:1.It¦s better to avoid sugar.
Remove the skin of the fruits as it may not digest.
