Directions

Step 1

For preparing fruit and nut pudding, soak china grass in water for 30 minutes and heat in low flame until it melts completely.

Step 2

Boil milk and condensed milk together and then add the melted china grass and sugar. Stir continuously. Remove from flame when it thickens.

Step 3

Cook apple with 1 tbsp of sugar well.

Step 4

Cook pineapple with 1 tbsp sugar in another pan.

Step 5

Spread some apple, pineapple and cashew nut in a flat pudding bowl.

Step 6

Pour the custard on top of it and let it cool.

Step 7

Spread the remaining apple, pineapple and cashew nut again on the top of this custard. Repeat the process.

Step 8

Spread the remaining fruit mixture on top of the custard and refrigerate it.

Step 9

Serve chilled.
