Step 1

For preparing garlic bhature, swift wheat flour and maida together. Put it in a bowl.

Step 2

Add in rava, oil, grated garlic and salt. Knead the dough with required water.

Step 3

Cover the dough with a wet muslin cloth and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Knead the dough again and make small balls out of it.

Step 5

Flatten a ball and roll it with a rolling pin. It should be rolled bigger than a chapatti.

Step 6

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the garlic bhature.

Step 7

Cook both the sides till it becomes golden brown in colour.

Step 8

Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough.

Step 9

Garlic bhature is ready. Serve hot with chana chole, butter chicken, etc.
