Ingredients

  • Maida : 100 gm
    Sugar : 1 tsp
    Garlic : 5 (grinding) + 2 for topping
    Curd : 1 tsp
    Parsley : few
    Butter : as needed

In a bowl add the maida.

Grind the garlic smoothly.

Mix the grounded garlic and sugar and mix.

Add curd as well to make a dough.

Finally add the chopped parsley and mix.

Wrap it in wet cloth and keep it aside for half an hour.

Then roll them into chappathis.

Directly put them on the heat till it rises.

Then put it on pan and apply butter and cook on both sides.

When both sides are done, apply little butter and the chopped garlic and wait till gets little roasted.

Serve hot with any sabzi.
