Directions

Step 1

For preparing garlic prawn/jhinga in microwave, first take prawns and crushed garlic in a bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute.

Step 2

Stir in rest of the ingredients: lemon juice, butter, parsley, pepper and required salt. Cook covered on high for 8 minutes. Stir in between after 4 minutes.

Step 3

Allow the garlic prawn recipe to stand in microwave for a few minutes before serving.

Step 4

Healthy and tasty garlic prawn/jhinga in microwave is ready. Serve hot.
