Ingredients

  • Garlic 15 no.
    Red chili 6 no.
    Rice Flour 1 cup
    Besan Flour 1/2 Cup
    Salt to taste
    asafoetida 1/2 tsp
    poppy seed 1/2 tsp
    Sesame seed 1/2 tsp
    Butter 1 tsp
    Oil To deep Fry

Peel the garlic and take red chili

Make a fine paste by adding little water

In a bowl add Rice flour, Besan Flour, Garlic red chili paste, poppy seed, Sesame seed, asafoetida, salt and butter

Add little water and make soft and smooth dough

Stuff in Ribbon Murukku Mould

Heat the oil in the pan and press the stuffed murukku Mould Directly to the oil, fry it for 2 mins
