Ingredients

  • For Dough
    maida 1 cup
    yeast 1 pinch
    sugar 1 tsp
    salt 1/2 tsp
    hot water as required
    TO Roll
    italian seasoning 1 tsp
    garlic 10 no.
    butter 3 tsp
    coriander leaves 1 tsp
    salt 1/2 tsp
    pepper 1 tsp

Make dough with maida, yeast, sugar, salt and hot water and allow to rise.

In a baking tray grease the oil and keep the roll
