Step 1

For preparing ginger pickle, heat oil in a pan, add mustard, turmeric, asafoetida and chilly powder.

Step 2

Add ginger and fry it.

Step 3

Add salt and vinegar.

Step 4

When cooled, store in container. Ginger pickle is ready.
