Directions

Step 1

Soak rice and black gram dal separately for 4-5 hours.

Step 2

Soak cumin seeds and poha for 45 minutes.

Step 3

Grind all ingredients and make a fine batter. Keep the batter overnight.

Step 4

Step 5

Add salt.

Step 6

Make dosas as usual.

Step 7

:- Serve with batata(potato) palya and chutney.
