Directions

Step 1

Mix together wheat flour, grated cauliflower, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chilly, cumin seeds and required salt.

Step 2

Add 2 tbsp of oil and knead it to make a smooth dough with required water. Note that the mixture is not watery otherwise rolling out becomes difficult.

Step 3

Pluck out small balls and roll into pooris.

Step 4

Deep fry Gobi Ke Poori in hot oil.

Step 5

:-Serve with Green Chutney or with Tomato Ketchup. Any spicy side dish will make an excellent combination.

Step 6

Enjoy Gobi Ke Poori...a nutritious complete meal.

the puris tasted good but dint fluff out like regular puris.i `ll roll it into chappati and see tonight.
