Directions

Step 1

In a pan, heat oil.

Step 2

Saute onions, tomatoes, salt and other spices.

Step 3

Add spring onions, cauliflower and paneer and mix well.

Step 4

Cover the pan with a lid and cook on a low flame.

Step 5

Stir occasionally.

Step 6

After 10-12 mins, remove the vessel from the fire.

Step 7

Roll out the chappathy dough into small rounds and make a small well in the centre. Fill with paneer gobi and roll out into a round thick paratha.

Step 8

Cook in a tawa on both sides and serve hot.

it tastes really good... I m a beginner in cooking.. and this was my first recipe.. gobi paneer came out well and i got a big applaud 4m my mom... thanks jayashi

excellent dish!!!If u could add a lil ginger garlic paste and finally the flavour of lime would make it more yummy:-)

I made some changes to the recipe like using tofu cubed and baked at 300 degrees F for 30 min...but it turned out very well. I also used a lot more cauliflower and peas and increased the spice amounts. Thanks!
