Step 1

Heat 1/4 cup of ghee in a frying pan.

Step 2

Add cashews and raisins and fry them well.

Step 3

Remove them onto a separate plate.

Step 4

To the remaining ghee, add the wheat flour and stir well.

Step 5

Switch off the gas.

Step 6

Add coconut and mix well again.

Step 7

Add the fried cashews and raisins along with the cardamom and mix well.

Step 8

Slowly add sugar, a little at a time into the above mix and mix the whole thing very well.

Step 9

Make small balls of the above mix to get ladoos.
