Step 1

Pour juice into a freezer-safe casserole dish (wide and low profile). Set in freezer for 2 hours. Remove from freezer and gently scrap juice with tines of fork to create ice crystals. Place in freezer for 1.5 hours. Repeat scraping to create more ice crystals. The goal is to have all the juice scraped into ice crystals and avoid freezing into one big ice cube. Spoon into margarita glass or other nice glass/bowl and top with some fresh berries.
