Step 1

Make lengthwise slit up to one quarter length to each green chilly.

Step 2

Filter the lemon juice to get rid of any seeds or other materials.

Step 3

Cut the ginger into shreds.

Step 4

Add both the chillies and the ginger shreds to the lemon juice.

Step 5

Add salt.

Step 6

Stir well and preserve in a jar.

Step 7

:- Use as pickle.
