Step 1

For preparing green chicken fry, powder together coriander seeds, pepper powder, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and salt in a blender.

Step 2

Then add in garlic, ginger, lemon juice, coriander leaves and blend to a fine paste. Add water if required.

Step 3

Marinate the chicken with this paste for 2 hours. Keep it in the fridge.

Step 4

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry it in low flame till it is cooked well.

Step 5

Green masala chicken fry is ready. Serve hot.
