Step 1

For preparing green peas in creamy coconut gravy, mix gram flour with a little water to make a smooth paste.

Step 2

Add the chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, mustard powder, turmeric powder and salt.

Step 3

Then add a little water and mix the ingredients.

Step 4

Heat the oil in kadai and fry the curry leaves and the cumin seeds.

Step 5

Add the spice paste and allow it to simmer for 6 minutes.(Add a little water if required).

Step 6

Toss in the green peas and pour in the coconut milk. Cover and cook on low flame till the cauliflower becomes tender.

Step 7

Pour in the lemon juice and mix well.

Step 8

Green Peas in creamy coconut gravy is ready. Serve hot.
