Step 1

For preparing grilled spanish omelet, half cook the potatoes in salt water and drain it.

Step 2

Whisk eggs till they leave a trail.

Step 3

Add milk, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper powder and red pepper. Whisk it well.

Step 4

Melt butter in a dish, add in the tomatoes and potatoes. Cook it for about 5 minutes on low flame.

Step 5

Pour the egg mixture over the veggies and allow the eggs to set.

Step 6

When it sets, put the egg mixture in the grill with burner on low. As soon as the top is brown, slide it onto a serving dish.

Step 7

Grilled spanish omelet is ready. Serve hot.
