For preparing grilled turkey with lemony sauce, pierce the turkey with a folk.
Marinate the turkey with flaked dry red chillies, salt and pepper. Keep it aside.
Drizzle olive oil over the marinated turkey.
Grill marinated turkey in an oven of 165F till it becomes tender.
For the lemon butter sauce:5)Meanwhile in a pan heat 3 tablespoons of butter, sautT onions, lemon zest and garlic till it becomes transparent.
Add in white wine and lemon juice. Allow it to simmer for 3 minutes on low flame.
Now add the remaining butter and allow it to melt.
Remove the grilled turkey from the oven and sprinkle grated cheese over it.
Pour the lemon butter sauce over it.
Grilled turkey with lemony sauce is ready. Serve hot.
