Clean and cut the guar/cluster beans into 1ö pieces.
Grind the ingredients of the masala to make a fine paste.
Heat oil in a pan and sautT the sliced onions till they turn translucent.
Add the ground masala paste, turmeric powder and salt. Cover and cook the masala till the oil separates.(you can add a little water to cook the masala)
Add the guar/cluster beans and cubed potatoes and + cup water.
Cover & cook on a low flame for 20 minutes till the vegetables are cooked. serve it with poori or roti.
