Step 1

For preparing Gujarathi tomato salsa, first take a clean bowl.

Step 2

Add the chopped onion in it.

Step 3

Fry tomatoes on flame directly. Turn in between with a skewer.

Step 4

When the skin becomes burned color, remove from flame.

Step 5

Remove the skin of tomatoes and place in onion bowl.

Step 6

Fry dry chillies on flame. When it becomes brown in color, remove and add to onion-tomato mixture.

Step 7

Mash the tomatoes and chillies well with hand or by fork.

Step 8

Add coriander leaves and required salt.

Step 9

Pour coconut oil over it before serving.

Step 10

Gujarathi tomato salsa is ready.
