Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick frying pan for about a min.

Step 2

Add 1/2 tsp of oil.

Step 3

Add a little yellow butter.

Step 4

Take an egg and with a wooden spatulla, gently break it into half and pour it into the pan.

Step 5

Sprinkle a little salt and freshly ground pepper powder.

Step 6

:- Serve with parathas or bread.

I prepare it the same way too. However I sprinkle the salt in the pan after I have added the oil/butter. This prevents the egg from sticking to the pan besides giving the egg its taste.

I ALSO USE TO MAKE EGG FRY BEFORE BUT YOUR IDEA OF ADDING BUTTER IS SUPERB WHICH ADDS TO ITS TASTE AND MAKES IT MOUTH WATERING .
