Ingredients

  • oil or ghee 3 tsp
    bay leaf 1
    cinnamon 1
    cardamom 1
    cloves 2
    cashew few
    capsicum 1
    peas 1/2 cup
    garam masala 1 sp
    salt to taste
    cooked rice 2 cups
    to grind
    peanut 2 tsp
    coriander seeds 2 tsp
    green chili 3
    onion 1
    mint leaves 2-3

fry coriander and peanuts

grind this with onion green chili and mint leaves
