Step 1

For preparing healthy beetroot dosa, take a bowl and mix in grated beetroot, onion, green chillies, cashew nuts, baking powder, curry leaves, egg, salt and maida with required water. It should be a lump free batter.

Step 2

Heat a frying pan and pour a ladle full of the batter. Make it in the shape of a dosa.

Step 3

Put a few drops of oil on top. Fry on medium flame till the dosa is completely cooked and golden brown on both sides.

Step 4

Repeat it with remaining batter.

Step 5

Healthy beetroot dosa`s are ready. Serve hot.
