Step 1

For preparing healthy daal, wash the daal and soak it in water for 2 hrs.

Step 2

Fry the ingredients ginger, garlic, green chillies, onion, vayana leaves, cloves, salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder, and coriander powder.

Step 3

Add spinach to it and cook it in low flame.

Step 4

Add the soaked daal to it and cook in low flame for 10 mins .

Step 5

Mix the cooked ingredients well and remove it from flame.

Step 6

Add garam masala and lemon juice before serving.

Step 7
