Step 1

For preparing healthy garlic soup, sautT garlic in oil for some time. Then blend it to a fine paste.

Step 2

Cook potato in salt water till done. Keep it aside.

Step 3

SautT parsley, small onions, spring onions, garlic paste and pepper powder.

Step 4

Add in the cooked potato with the broth. Allow it to boil.

Step 5

Pour in the coconut milk and allow it to simmer.

Step 6

Healthy garlic soup is ready. Serve hot with grated cheese.
